About Us

NAMASS – Nair Munnokka Service Society is a community initiative built on the proud and inspiring legacy of the Nair Service Society (NSS), a historic movement founded over a century ago by Sri Mannathu Padmanabhan. His vision was to uplift the Nair community through education, social reform, and unity, and that same vision continues to guide us today.

We are a collective of like-minded individuals who share values of identity, cultural pride, togetherness, and mutual support. NAMASS began in the Al Khail area of Dubai as a small group of passionate and future-focused members, but over time it has grown into a vibrant network that now connects Nair families all across the UAE.

Our purpose is to create strong bonds within the community, inspire the next generation, and keep our cultural roots alive while embracing the opportunities of the modern world. Guided by the timeless NSS principle of “serving the community without hurting others,” we reimagine this spirit for today’s life—organizing cultural events, heritage celebrations, skill-building workshops, charity drives, and social gatherings that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
